Dispatch and delivery.
The following is our policy on dispatch:
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days of receipt of order, however this can vary.
All products sold by us are specially made to order, so all delivery times quoted are estimated and should be used as a guide only, they are not guaranteed. Should you require an order to be delivered by a specific date or sooner than the estimated date given, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if it is possible to fast track delivery. There is no additional charge for fast track dispatch.
If your order contains items with different estimated dates, then we reserve the right ship when your whole order is ready.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you before the item is due to be delivered.

Deliveries to mainland UK free delivery
The following is our policy on deliveries:
Deliveries are normally made on the next working day from dispatch but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 5 working days, especially if being sent outside of the UK mainland.
All deliveries are sent via a secure courier service or a Royal Mail tracked service.
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.
All our deliveries are carefully packaged to ensure that your order arrives safely but sometimes our couriers do make mistakes. If you are unable to check your package in front of the delivery driver, please ensure that you sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ in the event of having to raise an insurance claim.
All damages to goods must be notified to us within 1 working day from receipt or we will be unable to accept liability.
Overseas Orders: Please contact us for delivery charges depending on country of destination.
At Chart Art we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us. As your Chart Art canvas has been custom made for you, and is not a stock item, we offer the following return policy should you need to return an item.
If the goods delivered are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then we will either exchange the goods free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs (full refund available only on faulty goods),providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note any damages need to be reported upon receipt of delivery.
We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before hanging on a wall.
The following are details on how to return or exchange an item:
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must contact us first in writing, either by fax: 01983 248512 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to inform us of your intentions. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this procedure is not followed.
Please ensure that you enclose your original invoice with the items you are returning along with a note giving the reason for the return or the exchange. Please then wrap the package safely and securely with the original packaging received and send it to the address below. In the case of a defective item, please in addition provide a full description of the fault and again, send it to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Chart Art.
The following is our refund policy:
An item must be returned to us following the guidelines and conditions above before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds to you will normally be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card excluding shipping charges and less an administration fee of £15.00 per canvas panel unless faulty (please see above).
